Holley EFI Ignition Hook-up

I'm planning to install a Holley EFI on my 1968 327/AT. Holley says the system should be wired directly to the ignition switch. What is involved to gain access to the switch?

Yes, I have both the "paper" gasket and the metal plate spacer. I was planning to install a new paper gasket and replace the paper fuel filter in the carb to see if that helps.

The fuel lines and filter are correct replacements. I believe the red clips on the hoses are correct for '69 and the '68s had tower clamps (but I never see those advertised).
