Both of mine don't. Fells like free flow when doing that by mouth...

That's why testing it is so difficult.
I am still struggling to understand what the right side vacuum hoses that connect...

Is there a way to test the tripower secondary vacuum cans for torn or leaking bellow ?
The vacuum hose on the right hand ( pax ) side that comes from ea of the 3 carbs and Ts together...

I found out that this small block fan shroud was used on very early 68 BB cars as well. My 68 is a =ct 67 build car and has it , original.
Early 68 BB cars had cooling issues...
