As several have said it's best to have a pro interior shop install this particular piece. They have the tools and chemicals to do the install properly. That's what I did with mine as well.

If you want a temporary fix, I'd suggest Adam's VRT. It will restore the plastic to it's original condition, dries quickly, has no sling, and is more waterproof than most other options.

If mag ride shocks were not working they'd feel like you were hitting potholes. Like I said, check and see if you can see any of them leaking.

I don't think the use of a HUD and cell phone use have much to do with each other, but I will say that having a HUD and using hands free Bluetooth connection for my phone have made me a much safer...

I'd have to wonder why someone would be scared of a car for any reason. The car doesn't magically use all 600 HP; it takes the driver putting the gas pedal to the floor for that to happen. :confused2:

You really need to check the settings options in your owner's manual. You can extend the HUD to show different gauges. I have mine set to show not only speed and RPM, but also oil temps.
