Air Condition/ Heat Unit Dimming Out : Heeelp
Hi all help please...my aircondition /heat control unit back lite in my 1998 corvette seems to dim in and out and at times it goes out completely..i have read on here somewhere that there is a couple of companies if you send them the unit they fix it for a few bucks..does anyone know the names of the company or people if anyone can help i would appriciated

If I only had a dollar for every one of those that went out. You can go to Ebay motors to find a repair service ,or a different control. I'm sure someone will chime in on a CF link. I went the new route and bought mine through Fred Beans.

I used this guy: David Ruberg, 123 W. Sarnia St., Wionona, MN 55987, (507)-429-4489. He will warrantie it and turns it around in about two to three days, very fast! Had mine done over a year ago and it works perfectly. There is also a thread somewhere telling how you can repair it yourself. I think it is a matter of soldering three connections. I would have done it myself if I had seen the thread first.
