As much as I hate to say this, my 2 month old Victory Red C6 was the victim of a hit and run at my workplace. I left for lunch, got back at 1...and got my laptop out of the hatch (so I know there was no damage)...at 1:10 a co-worker comes to my office and asks what I did to my car...I wonder what he's talking about...go out...and see my baby has a cracked passenger rear quarter panel...and scuffed up rear bumper. My insurance will take care of this...but it just pisses me off that there are people in this world that would do this. Is victory red a hard color to match? I got an estimate at a local dealership (caddy dealership, also does all of the paint work for the local honda and lexus dealership), and it is $1934 for new quarter, and paint+labor. I do NOT want them blending into my doors/decklid unless 100% needed.
Here are some updated photos of the repair process:

Dang Thats a pretty good hit and run. Look around for a car with red rub marks on it. Somebodt hit your baby pretty good. Hopefully the body shop will do a great job of fixing her up

Actually, I don't believe that it was not hit that hard at all. The police officer and myself both think the person was driving up the hill in the driveway that my car is parked...and possibly reached for a cell phone and drove while going maybe 1-5mph. The car drives perfect...no weird sounds..no handling issues...etc etc. The damager (both scuff intensity and the way the fiberglass crack is layered) shows that the car was coming parallel to my car my car facing down hill, his/hers coming up.
You said you went to your car at 1:00..and there was no damage. At 1:10 someone said something to you about it. Did you notice who ws parked next to you??? Dang, it looks like a pick up?????
Looks like there ought to be a fair amount of residual damage on the offender's car . . . I know Meadville's not that big . . .but hope you can find the knucklehead . . . .

Nobody was parked next to me. The area I parked, people park front to back (single line). I was behind a mustang, and in front of a truck...neither car had damage nor were they moved at all. Yeah I got back from lunch at 1...and within 10 mins it happened.

The sad thing is...nobody it seems around here takes care of their cars. We went around the parking lot after I saw the damage, and i'd say 4 out of every 10 vehicles had frontal damage to them.
