Getting a Roll Cage shipped over to England UK is going to cost me a small fortune so I'm left with trying to get one made over here. Are there any tech drawings out there that I could give a manufacturing co - that I could then bolt in myself?
C'mon guys, with all these 9, 10, & 11 second cars on here, SOMEBODY must be doing it legally on a drag strip. NHRA says 11.49 or better in a coupe needs a roll bar, I believe it's 13.49 in a convertible. I know I've come across some C4 roll bar pictures on here before.

I think thats the first roll bar like that I've seen for a late model convertible C4. Does anyone have this setup? I'm guessing it requires cutting into the rear deck lid??? What 1/4 mile time is that good for? I wonder how much seat travel or leg room you loose with that one.

With the OP living in England, there may be an entirely different set of rules and requirements for roll bars. NHRA rules will most likely not apply there and he may not be doing any drag racing.
For the OP, there are a number of Corvette clubs in England, so it might be worth it to check with those clubs to see what the members have done or where to find information about roll bar installs or what specific requirements are necessary for what you intend to do with the car.

You have a very good point. Most of our safety rules were created with huge 2 ton tanks in mind, while over there the cars have been half the size and half the weight for a few decades. Hopefully the rules will be similar enough though.
As a side note, there are factory stock convertibles (corvettes, cobras, vipers, camaros/trans ams, ...) that aren't allowed on some 1/4 mile tracks because they run faster than the NHRA cutoff for a car without a roll bar. I understand the rules are for safety and all, but it sucks that a factory car gets kicked off for not meeting safety requirements. Maybe after they reorganize, the big three can start to address this by including safety equipment for these high performance factory hot rods they're producing.

Out of curiosity what particular cars are included?
thats awesome - just what I was after. I honestly wasn't sure where they would mount but seeing from your last few pictures there is obviously some good metal to weld too.
Just saw your thread. If you click on my forum name and go to my public profile, you'll get to some pictures from Carlisle this year. There's a couple of the rollbar in there...Hope this helps, Jim
