From now until the end of the 2008 year, we are holding a sale of our popular, track-proven HD 4340-300M output shafts for the C5/C6 Corvette IRS Differential applications. These are the very same output shafts we install into our track-proven, record setting, race-winning Corvette IRS Differentials daily that have supported 1.3-1.5 shorts in the 9's and 10's, equipped w/ both manual or automatic transmissions.

Unlike our competiton who purchases someone else's output shaft products and lables them as their own- hoping they are manufactured correctly... Our HD output shafts are of our own design and are CNC machined/manufactured entirely of mil-spec, aircraft industry grade 4340-300M hardened steel alloy purchased of batch runs coming from the same U.S.A. steel mill that supplies such military aircraft manufacturers such as Lockheed-Martin, Northrop-Grumman, Boeing and General Dynamics. We KNOW what we're getting and how they are manufactured since we have complete control over the finished product from the intial purchase of the raw 4340-300M steel, machining processes, heat treat process, quality control, validation and finish packaging that insures a quality product everytime.

Additionally, we keep accurate records of material specification sheets and material hardness certifications for each lot produced, so we can maintain 100% Q.C. over the end product. Each output shaft is also methodically serial numbered to the lot it was produced from for future reference if required.

curious if you guys offer a military discount?
what all will I need for a output shaft swap? or is it a simple pull the old one out put the new one in kind of replacement

Phil how long will this price be going on hope until x-mas so I can get both with the gear and then put on my trans-rearend brace.

 

The discount is already built into this sale price, as regular prices are $299 and $249 respectively.

The left side is a drop-in upgrade for the 1997-2004 differentials, as the O.E. left shaft already has a removable mating side gear/snap ring that you simply transfer over to our HD shaft.

The right O.E. shaft is of a 1-piece design for the 1997-2004 C5 Differentials that changes over to a 2-piece design using our product, which requires a mating side gear/snap ring to complete the installation if you don't already have one. Many folks who have spare or previous broken differentials lying around will use the left shaft side gear from their old unit to install onto our HD right shaft to complete the installation. The mating side gears and snap rings are not provided or available for this sale, at this time.

We've just received a shipment of mating side gears and snap rings for use with our right output shaft, so they are now available for those that requested it and they are at a discount during this sale duration only. Pricing and application in the original post has been updated.

BTW~ We will be out of the office from this Wednesday afternoon until Sunday while we attend the PINKS All-Out race in Montgomery, Alabama in support of three of our customers that will have their 9-second C5 Corvettes entered. (Paul Smith Sr. & Jr., Howard "Chuck" Wolf and Robbie Clark)

Are above prices includes shipped in US? and also interested in strut brace, any specials on strut brace too? if so i will buy left side output shaft along with Strut brace for my 01 Z, obviously its manual.

Change that to a left and right hardened shaft. Anyone know if the side gear is hardened or is that the updated style from GM?
