Default BLOCKIT NOISE SYSTEM First Ride

Well I got my BLOCKIT Noise Deading System from Ed at TKO Performance and installed in about 10 minutes Saturday. Took that long because I had to remove and then reinstall my divider, storeg compartment and rear mat. Put around 150 miles on my car today mostly highway. There is definately a sharp reduction in that tire & road noise. While driving in local traffic can still have hear my NPP opened up. I was a little leery but considering Ed was selling them I decided to give them a try. My recommendation is "BUY". You will not regret it. Thanks Ed

Yes they are just drop in mats for the trunk and behind the seats. Wasn't really hot yeserday so I can't say if the cabin temp was effected.

I have had mine installed about a week. The noise difference is very noticable and makes the Bose sound better. I am very happy with this purchase. Not able to tell about the cabin heat since it has been in tthe 100's here.

they need to help us vert guys.
Also some stuff for the cabin (bhind seats and something that possibly only requires the seats to be removed and spead over the existing leg areas? would be nice. Better than tearing apart our cars for the other kits out there.

I'm happy with my BLOCKIT drop in kit. I have had it on several road trips and it does work. Easy install too. I can't say about the heat. It was relatively cool last few weeks. Now Summer is here.

It can be placed under the carpet if so desired, right?

We designed it as a "quick" drop in system to avoid that. I personally never did it but I don't see why not..
Looks great on top and you can always put a Lloyds mat over it too.
Thanks for checking it out.

Thank you guys for the positive words and for taking the time to post them

We just sold out. We are doing another run so I should have more kits shortly.
All those who have ordered, and those who pre order before the end of the month will still receive the promotional price.

Thank you. We really appreciate your business!

has anyone used the blockit in conjuction with dynamat? The reason I ask is this.....I put down a layer of dynamat and observed about a 7db drop in spl. then I went in and installed three more layers and it made no difference. Have I obtained the maximum amount of noise reduction available in this area?

Got mine yesterday! Checked them out on the road today. Noise level of exhaust is still sweet while accelerating but is definitely lower at cruising speed. I notice the Voice Recognition is much better. I think my co-pilot is going to love this. Nice mod. Thanks Ed and Laura!
