Its an APR GT2 wing with custom end plates. I have one. And yes, it does help at Auto-x speeds significantly. For high speed events I simply take the top plane off...
Looking at it, its likely custon as it has two 7.5" planes, like mine, that is not the standard kit, but allows you to have the allowable sq inches of wing per SCCA rules.
Many in SM / SSM/ XP have rear wings.

I'd talk to Pete at APR who is very helpful when it comes to designing wings!
Looking closely also shows that they put on a Gurney Flap, which significantly increases down force. Easy to do with a strip from Home Depot.
Looking at it, its likely custon as it has two 7.5" planes, like mine, that is not the standard kit, but allows you to have the allowable sq inches of wing per SCCA rules.
