Sexy.... Is in the eye of the beholder....
I myself don't think a primer Vette is sexy, Just my opinion.

That means youre probably an old timer. I have received different opinions from the everything has to shine type, but i will say its meaner when im approaching especially at night. Plus all the ladies love the bat mobile and thats what it gets associated with the most.

Thanks, It took me a year of thinking remove or not and one day I did it and am happy I did,

IMO.....can't go wrong either way. It looks great both ways.
So it looks like the right way for me to lower my 97' Coupe would be to get the longer bolts in the rear, the C6 bolts in the front, Z06 swaybars and shocks, and an alignment shortly afterward.
That sound about right??
How exactly do you lower on stock bolts? Just remove the wheel and turn a screw?
...pretty much...some get longer bolts for the rear or cut the bushing...for the front you can even remove the bolt for maximum lowering...there are some good write ups if you do a search. Indy
what do you guys mean when you refer to "lowering on stock bolts?"
...the Vette has an adjustable suspension from the factory...kinda like coil overs for coil spring cars. The adjustability is around 0.5-0.75" without cutting the bushings...about twice with cutting the bushings. Sorry, I don't have any write-ups bookmarked, but I have seen quite a few...maybe do a google search as well. Indy
