well when i shift into gears. its real loud and jerky like u can feel it alot . like if i parallel park everytime i go from reverse to drive its like im almost getting hit by another car

........ Check ALL six universal joints ...( it helps to put the car on a lift) ... and motor mounts ... Either would be obvious through observation while someone in the car shifts from Reverse to Drive while firmly planting a foot or two on the brakes..................Be Safe and Good Luck ...............
