Jim - 2008 MN6 LS3 Corvette with Edelbrock E-Force supercharger, 3 inch pulley, EnglandGreen Havoc cam, Textralia OZ-700 clutch, American Racing headers, high flow metal matrix cats and Corsa Extreme catbacks.

600 horsepower and 587 foot pounds of tire shredding torque - at the wheels!!!
Approx. 690 horsepower and 675 torque at the crank!

A gain 224 horsepower and 202 ft-lb of torque. This Vette pulls like a freight train. <edited for typo>

600 wheel horsepower from our solid combination of EnglandGreen Havoc "blower" cam, American Racing headers and Edelbrock E-Force supercharger with 10 pounds of boost on a safe conservative custom EG tune with only 9 degrees of timing on 93 octane pump gas!

Except for the clutch engagement (a tiny bit firmer than stock) - it drives exactly like stock.

600 RWHP from an LS2 with 9 degrees of timing? C'mon...No way.

How much boost?

It has a blower cam and headers - therefore efficient. And it's a LS3.

Boost is on the chart. 10psi. Timing is 9 degrees. See HP Tuners Main Spark table attached.

Ah. I saw the other mods but didn't realize it was an LS3. And I didn't look at the boost on the chart because I'm a little slow eh. Thats damn good out of a top mount! I was sub 600 at that boost level on my LS2 with similar mods (blower cam, headers and exhaust) with a centri and 14 degres of timing.

If you dopped the trans to install a clutch any reason you didn't go down the Z06 pump route? I know the install is a pain but most of the work had to be done anyway?

According to the dyno chart the stock pull was 376.5 HP and the blower pull was 600.7 HP. Thats a 224 horse increase. Where did you get the additional 20 horses from?

Curious on a friends blower install and this one. My friend has a Grand Sport with the dry sump LS3. He had a shop about 240 miles north of you install a TVS2300 Maggie, a cam, long tubes with MagnaFlows and a Honker on standoffs(no cut shroud). The first few pulls were with 6 lbs boost tuned for 93 octane, getting 564 rwhp. Then they installed a smaller pulley getting 7.5 lbs of boost and then tuned for 91 octane(normal for around here) getting 603 rwhp/548 t. His car drives like my stock Z06, no radical cam etc. Cam is 220/224 581 581 115+4.

I'm interested in your opinion of the E-Force vs the Maggie. He is getting the same power with the Maggie as you did with the E-Force, with the same mods, but is doing it with 2.5 lbs less booost and I'm guessing less timing, since it is tuned for for lower octane gas then your installation.

244 is a Typographical error. It is 224. The graph speaks for itself.

Regarding someone else's installation, I cannot comment other than stating that we have dynoed other tuner's cars in the past that claim one number (usually optimistic), but our dyno showed a completely different number.

Could be the dyno or it could be the shop. Or it could be that others make more power than us.

We build reliable and fun street cars. The horsepower delta between before and after along with our customer's satisfaction, is what is ultimately important to us.

Stephen

Nice setup & great #'s I am looking for that setup. cam, headers,E-force, 3" pulley,LS3= 600 RWHP. I have a A6. I should still be able to hit 600 RWHP, you think?

Unlikely with a A6. Maybe high 500s.

Coolhand ended up with 599rwhp on his A6 2011 GS set up as you defined above. You'll also want more than the 52lb injectors if you are going to 600rwhp.
