CALIPERS ARE 100% REBUILT WITH NEW BOOTS AND SEALS!
-Brakes are a safety issue and we take YOUR safety very seriously. We DO NOT USE ANY OLD/ USED BOOTS or SEAL.
Our powder coating process has 2 coats of powder coating applied to each caliper and bracket which hides alot of the casting imperfections on the caliper. We can also powder coat your own calipers. If you are interested in purchasing a set of TPS Powder Coated Calipers OR having your calipers powder coated please contact us. A $400 core charge will be applied when order is placed and your old calipers must be sent back to us to receive your core charge back. Cores must be in good condition without damage.
Caliper brackets are powder coated so the pads can "float" freely in the bracket
-When caliper brackets are painted or powdercoated you MUST make sure the area where the pads sit are free of excessive powder coating. If there is excessive powder coat it will cause your brakes to bind.
Please take a look at our caliper bracket on the right as it is free of excess powder coating in areas where the pads sits... allowing it to "Freely Float" and NOT BIND.

I am in Fresno, I am kind of interested in doing the calipers on my 07 C6 ZO6 a kind of medium blue color, solid color not metalic in any way. Hard to describe the color Iam looking for, its not dark blue and not light baby blue, you think you have something like this? The other problem is my car is my daily driver so whats the best case turn around time on my calipers? Do you ever have a set of ZO6 calipers to do for me and I just ship you mine after I get yours?

We don't have a C6Z set of calipers and the turn around would be around a 1.5 weeks from when we get your calipers. What color is your car?

Can you do it in lemans blue (or close) to match the body on my C5 for that $310 price? If so, I'm interested. I could drop my car with you for a while if it would save the core and shipping hassle. Can you pm me an out the door price with install?

but we can't do it for $310... we have to charge $400 because our Candied Calipers have a 3 stage powder coating process and costs us more to do... here are some pics of one we sent out last week 
Also, on the C5s it takes even longer to prep them because there is ALOT of casting flash and the front calipers are REAL rough so we have to spend time smoothing them out or they won't look good
