2012 Seat Install NJ Help!!

Happy SuperBowl Sunday to all.. Thinking of swapping my 2005 Steel Gray seats to the new 2012 style.I do not have the knowledge or time to take on the project, does anyone know of a good shop (Or forum Member) that would be able to assist?

No I dont want to get them until I know where I can have them installed... Hope to win this football pool tonight lol

Do the research before you commit. Might be more difficult (and more expensive) than you think.

Besides, there are lots of well-established ways to improve your seats. Some involve a simple remove & replace, which can be done by practically any shop (even your Chevy dealer).

Of course, a high-end restoration would be best -- and more expensive.

That is, the shop you select will depend on your budget and what you want them to do.

Or skip the complications & expense... DIY with a butt-pad & seat towel.

Thanks for the details.. I am thinking about a less expensive reconstruction, which any decent local auto upholestery shop could handle in a day or two...

I thought you can buy everything you needed from GM for around 1200. I have a good installer that has a shop in nj . Pm me
