upgrading to C6 Z06 brakes

Have a set up C6 Z06 brakes i'm putting on my 08 C6 and wondered if I need different brake lines. If so can someone give me info on where to get them and which ones to get?

You could use your stock ones, but most upgrade to braided lines to help reduce the swelling caused by hard breaking on the rubber lines. They go for $100 shipped from vendors on the forum.

You will need Z06 specific brake lines. Pretty sure the stockers are too short.

Just curious what brakes you currently have? Base (plain rotors) or Z51/F55 (drilled rotors)?

You need Z06/GS specific brake hoses because the base/Z51 C6 hoses are
1. Too short
2. Have the wrong bango fitting on it.

I put z06 brakes on my 08 and bought the S.S. brake lines from TPS. for something like $89 shipped
