More work! I had to get a new water pump to have my NW TB fit, so, that's where i started.
Here is the comparison with the 2 water pumps. On the old pump, you can see the tab on the top right. That is the whole reason for this!
And I will say this....I am a DUMB A$$. Sometimes trying to think ahead doesn't work out for my. My stroker is LS2 block based, so, I got a 2005 water pump. Pulled the TStat to move it over and then said "i would be pissed if i didn't change the gasket and this thing leaked!" So, off to the auto store i go.....to get a 2000 TStat. Most will know, except me, the 2005 housing for the water pump is slightly smaller then the LS1/6. Lesson learned
A little more thought in routing lines and such got me to fipping and changing sides of the fuel rails. This will be a much better layout
Also, notice the water line that goes to the steam tube under the intake. I am "T-ing" off that to run some lines to the back of the heads that are blocked off. Maybe this will help keep #7 & 8 cylinders a little cooler.

Thanks again Matt. I got them with the ECS fuel kit way back when (5yrs ago maybe?) They are pretty cool. I can move the mounting blocks and i needed options that had side exit as the back of the passenger rail was so close to the alternator.

Excellent!
Looking forward to more progress pics - keep it up, it looks real good!
Got some more work done last night. I forgot to take pictures of the last bit of work, but that was ok as I had to rip all of my fuel lines out and have them redone for e85. All fuel lines are now teflon.
Had to label the fuel hat because when you get old, the memory gets cloudy
This throttle body is huge! It will eat small animals
and some fitament testing. Everything is coming together nicely with few snags
Great build and coming together nicely!
Can't wait to see this on the road. Hopefully we'll run into one another some day and get to talk shop.
