Default Constraints

On another forum they have a member that posted updated production constraints, the most recent shows Cyber Gray as 0% (confirming it's done) along with other C7 options like Z51 and FAY.

Do we have access to similar info, specifically I'm looking for the status of Lime Rock Green.

Thanks in advance.

I'd contact Ken Fitchner. He stays on top of things.

PM sent, Ken has always responded to CF members pleas for help even if not a customer. I know Cyber Grey is done. Just need a warm fuzzy the LRG is still in production. I'm hoping they have a room full of LRG paint etc. If my order can't be filled I may wait until I can find a pre-owned one.

LRG is not currently constrained. That's why it does not appear on the constraint report you are referring to. If it was constrained, it would be on that report.

What is your order status? Once you hit 3000, you can stop worrying.

I was told that Lime Rock will be available until the end of 2014 ordering. There are two more cycles that your order can get pulled from.

Dave, thank you again. I know we had this discussion a few weeks ago but that before we had an actual end of production date of Aug 8th so I'm getting anxious.

The ONLY color I want my C7 in is LRG, not to mention I got the CU discount and a great trade-in value. I really want this car.

This info makes me feel better about my chances of getting my new vette.

Thanks for all you do for us.

Cheers

Two more cycles meaning June and July an order can be pulled and go into production? And in those two cycles, how many Thursdays is that where GM accepts the order, just two?

Thanks for the info. I have an order with a small dealership that I placed on November the 19th. You may ask why I stayed with them for so long? I feel they are an honest family and I was not misled and are also as frustrated as I am.
If mine gets picked up in June, I'll be so close to the end of the model year.

I would never question that and I'm glad to see you stick with them! Some dealers are not as honest and deserve to have their customers leave them but it sounds like you have a winner!

It's no problem, just like with AFVETTE. He got a good deal from a good dealer and that's awesome!

I don't mind helping out everyone on here because we are a community of enthusiasts! I know I can't sell all 30k cars they make in a year (although I can try) but that's not going to stop me from doing my part!

The order guide is supposed to be out next week. Prices are usually at least 6 weeks after the order guide, but nothing's exact.

I thought the first orders could go in June 26th? Why would they have the order guide and wait so long before pricing?

Thanks for your info. I have a 2015 deposit and trying to understand when I will get to build it and know what it's going to end up costing me with all the changes to the 3LT and Z51 both of witch I'm getting.

We usually have to order a cars for almost a month without knowing what the price is. I know that's tough to believe, but it's like that every year!

It has been at 50% for months, and is likely to remain at that level for the last two allocation cycles.

This is from last Thursday's allocation consensus.
