I like black wheels, but not as much on black cars. comp gray for me. im planning on a red Z, with red calipers, and spectra gray wheels.

Sounds like the aero package will have a black paint option. I have a love hate with the CF on a black car. I think the painted black aero package will look better on a silver or black car. Exposed CF looks good on most other colors.

Black is the only choice for me . I have had many Black corvettes and a couple of times i have made the mistake ( for me ) of buying a silver or gray corvette that i convinced myself looked incredible . Until i parked next to a black one . I promised myself then i would never make that mistake again .
Is it more work ? absolutley but after a lifetime of working as a contractor , dusting off my corvette before taking it for a ride is the kind of work i truly enjoy and look forward to !!
full disclsoure , i have a cyber gray ZR-1 now but only bought that color as i received an exceptional deal trading in my 911 turbo s . I have a black Zo6 hopefully coming before Christmas .

Thanks for the photos of the Black Z06. Reinforces my decision to go with a triple black base Z06. I will be updating the front/side splitters to aftermarket oem copycat visible carbon fiber pieces. Also will add GM oem spoiler pieces for Stage 3 (Z07) like look...including the clear center wickerbill.
I will also add crystal red edge highlights to the front/side splitters as well as the vents (hood, sides) for visibility purposes. Finally, crystal red "SUPERCHARGED" lettering on both sides of the hood bump.
