Is March 26th really last consensus of 2015???
We won't even get our final consensus until April 1st, so the March 26th date is not correct.
Dave
The order cutoff for fleet is March 26th (which is why the fleet website says that). The order cutoff for regular customer retail orders is not until April 23rd for Stingray, and April 16th for Z06.
If they are honest they will tell you if your order will go through or not.

We were not aware that the information was incorrect.

Happy to help!
We will actually be able to place 2016 orders starting 4/16/15. Before you get too excited, that just means you can get an order to Event Code 1100 and we all know that really doesn't mean much.
Dealers will get their initial consensus on May 1st and the first DSOP (when the factory will start pulling orders) will be 5/14/15. That means that if you get in on the first DSOP you'll probably be at Event Code 2500 05/20/15.
Actual production starts on June 22, 2015.
Now, other things to keep in mind. If first orders are accepted on 04/16 that means we should get the order guide a week or two before that.
Also, don't expect to see pricing until June. Even though we are actually placing orders to get pulled in mid-May, we usually end up ordering the first few weeks of orders not knowing what the prices are for the car.
Lastly, don't expect to be driving your 2016 in July. Just because the production will start 06/22 that doesn't mean there won't be a quality batch hold. Plus, if the factory has it's normal 2 week shut down in early July, they probably won't get much built before that.
Having said all of that, it's not that far off if you decide you want to get a 2016 over a 2015!

One other thing I found my dealer was waiting to get a car with the expose carbon fiber top but for two months he couldn't get it. He called the district GM sales rep. The rep told him I will give you an unrestricted car to build with your allocation. Problem solve and was able to get a car for a sold order built.

He got the Z-51's after waiting 2 months, but the other two were always on constraint. His zone rep told him the expose cf roof there were 78 available for that week consensus. He said some will turn it down so use your allocation for it and it should get picked up. He did that and the order got picked up.
The rep told him I will give you an unrestricted car to build with your next allocation and he did.
Your dealer is lazy or doesn't get along with his rep.
