If you would really prefer the LB roof instead of the carbon fiber one, it should be no problem to sell the CF and buy a LB. Perhaps even work a trade. You would likely end up money in your pocket too.
You might try and swap the calipers but yellow are not in great demand. You can also recoat them yourself. The decals are available for the overlay graphics.
