Default WTB: Hurst Shifter Mounting Plate
I bought a Hurst shifter from a friend parting out a '75. I plan to use it with my M20 in the '71 but the previous owner (not the one I got the shifter from) made their own mounting plate and it looks pretty rough... I would like to use what is supposed to be there without buying a $190 install kit. Before I contact Hurst for one, does anyone here have one they no longer need?

I might have one. Is it the small aluminum plate that bolts to the side of the trans. with 3 bolts. Let me know if that is what you need. Thanks Don

Yes. It bolts to the side of the transmission and the shifter bolts to that. It looks like this:




I found one from a Hurst parts store online for about $40, but seeing if I can find it cheaper used.
