The thing is, the C7 doesn't really have a "halo" like the old C6's. There is just a small strip behind the roof. The quarter windows eliminate the continuation down the the quarters and the car is no longer a hatchback. The only thing to tie in is the small strip behind the roof.

I think "halo" was used just as a quick descriptive to get to the area of interest.

Here is a stingray. You may need to black out more than you described.
I think this is flat black and a transparent top as well.
