You could also get a 180 degree thermo-stat and either a low temp fan sensor or have the PROM re-programmed to turn the fans on at a lower temperature.

Default 91 C4 coupe steering column nightmare

So I thought I could change out the steering knuckle... turns out that is difficult to do. It was easy till I got to the knuckle. Maybe I should just buy a rebuilt column at this point? Any ideas from the community... other than telling me "you're a dummy" Is there a good vendor for rebuilt C4 columns? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to the comments!

Default Learning Curve

Learned how the driver's side seat hooks up and how it works.
Exercised headlights a few times.
Studied and how I'm gonna make the Drivers side spoiler more stable without buying a new one.
Many flooded roads and thunder showers growing in Southwest Louisiana so car staying in garage.

Pulled it out of the garage to work on something them made a complete @$$ of myself by bitching at my neighbor for parking too close even though I had a good 3 feet between my car and the next space over. After I was finished with my parking tirade he moved his car. The guy was a foot over the white line in my space. I never park this car outside where I can't see it. The Cavalier is my beater.

Brings back memories of when i lived in an apartment apartment...

I once watched a guy squeeze his car into a spot making sure it was impossible for the guy that double parked to get into his car.

If i double park i like to make sure there is no way somone can fit next to me.

Back in my old apartment i had a lady that parked in the next slot over, she liked to throw her doors open pretty wild and free, the slot on the other side did not have anyone parking there ever so i parked over the line to give the old lady room... Next day there is a rusted pos right up against my truck and a new dent...
I about tore the guys head off.
I'm pretty vocal...

Switch parking spots so no one car park next to the vette.

Took her out to dinner, chased the sunset down the interstate and then took her to a movie. At the movies I saw the cool car parking and parked there. That is not my burnout... Oh and the wife came along with us.

Default ZO6 wheels on C4

In case anyone else had the idea and wasn't sure if it would work the C5 ZO6 wheels fit perfectly on an 89 C4. The rear wheels are 18s and are 1 inch wider than stock. The front wheels are basically the same as stock sizes. I crunched the numbers before I bought them and the math didn't lie! They work. I was still nervous before I installed them though because I couldn't find a thread where someone had tested this before. I'm here to tell you they fit great with no rubbing whatsoever. Hope this helps someone!

Took the driver's side spoiler off to repair a tare. Ruffed it up with a brush grinder and gorilla glue with some wire ties holding it together. Tomorrow, we see just how it came out. ;-) One step at a time repairing the little things that ain't right.

Looks great! You later C4 guys are lucky with having that option. 38mm offset sucks! Lol

Just bolted on my wheels yesterday that had new tires mounted while I was away last week. It was raining yesterday so my test drive was today. Smooth as glass and super quiet! Holds the road fantastic! Old tires would get rubber in second...now sticks like glue!
