That is a 8.5 Power Valve.
8.5 valve with your engine w 11" of vacuum at idle sounds right.
8.5 makes more sense for your engine. AKA the 2" rule for selecting power valves.
Okay I got it figured out. My logbook has two numbers in it. 11" vac. at idle and 8 to 12" vac. at 650 rpm. The second one makes more sense for the 6.5 power valve. I will have to recheck vacuum at idle once the motor goes back together.
