Need little help!!!!!!
I was thinking of buying this item, has Christmas Present for the Corvette.
I pulled out the rear lights, looked inside, and didn't see any connections in 2005, I also open the hatch and pulled inside panel to see if I see connections.
I must be missing something for advertised plug and play module.
Has anybody installed this in there Corvette, asked people that had them installed by someone other then them, and no idea how they did it.
Thanks, have great Holiday, and better New Year.
My 2013 has a connector that I dealt with when putting on a full size rear spoiler and swapping the brake light into the new one. SORRY... Can't be of any more help. All the websites indicate the part you have is supposedly for all year C6s.
When you remove the third brake light, there is a wire connected to the back/bottom of the light. Unplug that from the light and plug it into the new harness. Then plug the other end of the harness into the light. The harness just sort of hangs down into the bumper. The harness simply goes NJ between the stock plug and the light.

I know what you are saying, but this 05 has no connector back there, removed tail light, used mirror and fingers following the wire, they just go into another bundle of wire wrapped in black tape.
The grey nub is where the stock wire connects to. Remove the wire from the light assembly and plug the flasher module into the grey nub. Then the stock wire plugs into the other end of the module. You may have to remove the entire spoiler/light assembly. This is all from memory though. If your light doesn't look like this, which it should, I can't offer anymore help without seeing it.

I'll let you know, going to pull the spoiler off, right now....

Now I understand, just pulled the spoiler off, and see the connector finally.
Thanks a lot.
Have good Holiday, just made mine...
I saw my first car with this the other day. The blinking is very quick and then the light stays on. If the idea is to attract attention from the cars behind you, I'd say "mission accomplished".
The dealer where I bought my Corvette is adding these to most of their cars on the lot for $399 on the window sticker! At least it's less than the "paint protection"... LOL!
