Usually the last two weeks of April are drivable, but in NorthEast Ohio we don't even have the street sweepers out until then. My c5 is one of those that melt in the elements lol. It's just really clean and I hate the thought of it. I had it out on a bone dry Feb day and it took me a week cleaning all the salt/brine dust out of it. Gets EVERYWHERE and it etches all the aluminum. My '69 I'm just not taking out no matter what lol
62* and sunny today in northern Indiana. Probably had 3" of rain since the last salt down. Thought about getting the convertible out, but it's not quite dry enough. Maybe if we get another day like today, but I don't think it will happen.
Hah yeah I drove both down to the corner gas station and back home today. Just a 1 mile loop, but was nice to drive them. The heavy rains from the past few weeks has had the salt pretty much gone; but there was still a good amount of loose stone.
