Cool Delivery Pics/Heavy on Throwback Vette ads/pics 3-5-17* Mike Furman at Criswell*
~ I literally try as hard as I can to make every buying experience as fun, unique and informative as I possibly can. On Average...I receive 100+ emails and 40+ phone calls per day (7 days per week) and only 15% of those numbers are from prospective clients...the other 85% are Corvette enthusiasts looking for assistance in one way or another for their Corvette. As a Corvette enthusiast for 39+ years I enjoy helping every one...because it's fun for me. I truly want all my clients to be 100% Completely Satisfied. Reality is not everyone's expectations can be met and as hard as I try I know which folks I can never win over. I'm human and the 1 or 2 folks this happens with per year gets me down but it won't stop me from helping everyone. So Corvette brethren...keep calling and emailing and thank you for doing so. ~Anthony H. of Whitefish, Montana called me up last week seeking a Black Z06 with Black wheels and 7spd manual trans. I had exactly what he wanted in our 140 total new Corvette inventory. I appraised his 2015 Lexus F Sports Cpe with 8k miles over the phone and he made an appt. this week to drive away in his very first Corvette. He chose wisely! Here in Anthony's own words.." I spent weeks looking for a 2017 Z06. I visited/called almost every major Corvette dealer in the Country. I met a lot of really good people but Mike Furman is BY FAR the hardest working, most knowledgeable and talented salesman I have EVER had the pleasure of working with! Thank you so much Mike! ~Carlton T. Of Monroe, NC was referred to me by John Lingenfelters brother Charles. Charles is a good customer of mine so Carlton called me last week and bought this 2017 Collectors Edition Grand Sport #526. Equipped with Comp seats, Auto trans, 3LT Pkg and much more. This Corvette gets shipped today to Carlton's driveway. It is a beauty.
~Jeff C. Of Savannah, GA called me last week and he knew exactly what he wanted. Jeff picked out of stock this Sterling Blue 17 Grand Sport Cpe with two tone gray interior, 7 Spd manual trans, machine faced wheels, Nav/PDR and 2LT Pkg. Plycar Trucking picked it up and delivered it to him last Saturday while I was at the Daytona 500.
~This Sterling Blue Grand Sport Convt. went to Tenn. It has a Blue top and the Twilight Blue interior. I had informed the Manager to order heavy on Sterling Blue before that color was eliminated...we ended up delivering 4 Sterling Blue Corvettes in one day last week!
~John and Megan W. of Pikeville, KY called me 7 weeks ago to factory order Torch Red Z06 Cpe with two tone Red interior, 8spd Auto trans, black wheels, Red seat belts, 3LZ Pkg and so much more. This Corvette pops! John and Megan just took delivery at the Corvette Museum and they had a Fantastic experience. Here is what John said "Best car buying experience I've ever had! Mike is a stand up guy and you can't go wrong ordering through him! As I imagine most corvette owners being a little OCD about their factory orders, (or any Corvette purchase!) Mike met and surpassed all my expectations. He kept me updated through the entire process and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I don't know when the guy ever sleeps!" John W.
~Brian F. of Stevenson Ranch, California called me 8 weeks ago to order his dream Corvette and take delivery either R8C Corvette Museum experience. 2017 Z06 Cpe in Black with Black interior

~James and Dawn Q. Of Coopersburg, PA called me 7 weeks ago and factory ordered Dawn a new 2017 Z06 Cpe. I gave them a sight unseen trade appraisal for their 2016 Z51 with only 2,330 miles and they placed their order right away. Black/ Black with 2LZ Pkg, carbon fiber ground effects Pkg, 8 Spd Auto trans, Black Alum wheels and much more. This is their 5th Corvette!!
~Larry J. Of Zionsville, Indiana called me 6 weeks ago and factory ordered his very first Corvette. 2017 Torch Red Z06 with Black Comp seats, 3LZ Pkg, 7 Spd manual trans, transparent roof panel, Black wheels, carbon flash painted mirrors, Red seat belts and much more. Larry flew in to visit his daughter in Baltimore Friday night and drives home to Indiana in his 650HP Z06 today.
~Dave R. From Towson, MD factory ordered this new Grand Sport Cpe in Long Beach Red with Kalahari interior, 2 LT Pkg and 7spd manual trans. Dave traded in his 2007 Corvette Cpe in Monterey Red.
~Thomas C. Of Half Moon Bay, California factory ordered his Sterling Blue Z06 to come to Criswell Chevrolet and then get shipped enclosed trailer to his driveway by Plycon Trucking. It was just picked up and if all goes to plan Thomas will have his special order 2017 Z06 Cpe. on or just after the 8th as he returns from vacation.
~Two of my non Corvette deliveries this week. One Jeep Grand Cherokee to a local customer of mine...
~...and yesterday my best friend since 1984 came down from New Jersey with his son to pick up a new 2017 Colorado LT V6. Paul and Pino have been buying vehicles from me for over 30 years. 200 miles down and back.

Always love the old pictures. As for delivery pictures I really like the color Sterling Blue especially when it's with Twilight Blue interior. I think it looks rich and classy ,it is my second choice for my GS I'm looking to get. Thanks for posting ,Dave

Great pictures again. I had an early Aurora Model Motoring set with the vibrator Motors. Man did we get excited when the ThunderJet 500 cars came out. The vibrator cars in my set were a turquoise C1 and a Gray 300SL Roadster. Real memory trigger this week. Thanks!

Great photos! It made my morning to see this post.
I now have 595 miles on my 2017 Stingray 2LT that I bought from you. I put the first coat of "Patriot Wax" (from Adam's Polishes) on it last night. Of course it looks great. It was too dark outside to take a photo of it by the time I finished, though. Had to put her in the garage for the night........but I may take the car out this afternoon if I have time and the temperature goes up a bit more.
Anyway, thanks for the time and effort you always take to compile these automotive history lessons every week!!
