I was told that the inner strut rod bracket is off a C3 because it has this tab with the yellow arrow. Spindle supports are '67 parts, I checked the dates. To me it looks like the strut rods are too narrow for the spindle supports. The strut rods are '65 reproduction parts. In all these pictures the frame is sitting on blocks and the wheels are hanging. Car is a 1965. Strut rod at inner strut rod bracket. Notice how the strut rod is twisted in the bracket Should there be a gap between the strut rod and the bracket?

Reason: More info 1965
Changing the Strut Rod Support Bracket to the C3 bracket is not an uncommon modification on the C2 Corvettes. Particularly so for those that autocross. The C3 Support Bracket lowers the inboard pickup point of the strut rods which makes for less camber change in the rear tires as they move up and down in their travel.
The later C3 bracket did have a tab welded to the bracket as you've pointed out. I'm not sure when that started however.
Good luck... GUSTO
