Primed the fuel bowls, flipped the battery disconect switch & went for my first ride of the season. She started in seconds & ran perfectly after sitting almost 6 months. I love when that happens. Mark

It was a absolutely outstanding day here in Greenwood, In today so I got the 67 and the 64 GS both out and drove them a while. They liked it and so did I. Got several thumbs up also. Don't see much of that anymore. Wonder why?

On Friday I drove my 66 520 miles to Port Canaveral.
On Saturday I attended the Vettes at the Port Corvette Show.
Today I drove 520 miles home.
Most of the time we were around 80mph. Drivers on I-95 are nuts.

Today my two friends and I took a 102 mile ride through the back roads of New Jersey.
Plenty of shifting and lots of hair pin turns.
The cars ran great and my fuelie ran awesome.
Then we stopped at my son's brewery in Hackettstown.

Nice work, all! Today I didn't do anything to the c2, but yesterday I gave her plenty of company. The 69, plus boatguy, plus my neighbors 2013. Project day. Then my wife and I took the kids in both our Corvettes to dinner 30 miles out each way.

Pulled the rear wheels and adjusted the emergency brakes. Followed the procedure in the '65 service manual. Spent more time removing and reinstalling the wheels torquing the lugs to 100 ft lbs. (aluminum torque thrusts). Whileimatits took over as I ended up cleaning the rear frame undercarriage. Took her for a test drive. Was near 80 degrees SWEET! All good. Now when I set the emergency she holds on a grade.

Hey, I can partake in this question now!!
Put the '63 up on jack-stands and removed the wheels and tires.
removed the old carpeting behind the seats.
Verified the block (RE) to the VIN number, and same goes for the transmission.
Disassembled the hubcaps in preparation for cleaning them up.

I took a two hour ride down to the beach and then down towards NC. I ran the a/c for the last 45 minutes. The car ran great but at the end, my eyes were killing me. The pollen around here is terrible. I must have had at least 10 folks wave, thumbs up or blow the horn.

It was nice here in South Jersey yesterday opened the garage door and gave the old girl some fresh air. Vacumed out the car and Armor alled the seats and dash.

She Got New Paint and a Stance fix
After cleaning my 63 I started work on this one. First I fixed the stance. She was sitting a bit high. After that I toyed with a color change (a few choices).

Took the hardtop off the 65 today and took it for a nice drive by some beaches. Weather is perfect. 65 degrees and sunny.
