**Busy Delivery week 5-14-17 Corvette barn finds/throwbacks-Mike Furman 301-212-4420*
~Corvettes tell a story...maybe not the actual car but the lifestyle of being a Corvette owner certainly does. Almost everyone that has never owned a Corvette knew someone that did and has a fond memory in some shape or form of said Corvette. Now us Corvette owners have plenty of stories that get shared on a yearly basis to all our fellow Corvette brethren. So whether you're visiting the Corvette Museum or just reliving those long ago Corvette memories by looking at the old ads and barn finds I post, enjoy the walk back in time. I do every single day of every year for the last 39+ years selling America's #1 Sports Car!
~David and Claudia F. From Highland Heights, Ohio called me 8 weeks ago to factory order their third Corvette. The other two were 1991's so technology has changed quite a bit. They ordered a 2017 Stingray Corvette Z51 Convt in White with Black top and Red interior. They also checked off 3LT Pkg, red calipers, auto trans, black machine faced wheels, Jake logo center caps, splash guards and much more! They flew in from Cleveland, Ohio Friday night and stayed at the local Hilton and was ready for delivery at 9am Saturday morning. I went over the entire car with them before they started their 6 hour road trip home. David and Claudia could not have been happier.
~Dr Raj of Putnam Valley, NY called me 3 weeks ago feeling the need for more speed. I had a Black 2017 Z06 being built and I gave him sight unseen numbers on his 2016 Admiral Blue Z51 Cpe that he bought from me last year. His new Z06 has Yellow Calipers, black wheels, 7spd manual trans, 1LZ Pkg and this Z06 will give Raj 650 HP/650 TRQ.
Raj decided to stay the night and see the sights before his 265 mile journey home today.
~Another repeat customer traded in his 7,000 mile 2015 Z51 in Shark gray for this 2017 Long Beach Red Grand Sport Cpe. RO drove down from Clifton, New Jersey after we did all the numbers over the phone and he was in and out in 1 hour. Options on his new GS: 2LT Pkg, CF badge Pkg, Auto trans, machine faced wheels and Nav/PDR. I will see him in another two years. He couldn't wait for the 230 mile ride home.
~Calvin S. of Upper Marlboro, MD was referred to me by at least 5 of his friends and all said if he is to buy a Corvette that he needs to contact me. This is Calvin's very first Corvette and he drove away Thursday in a 3,300 mile 2016 Z06 Convt. In Black with Kalahari top and interior. Equipped with 2LZ Pkg, Competition seats, carbon fiber instrument panel, 7 spd manual trans, Black wheels, Navigation/PDR and much more.
~Michael C. Of Parrish, Florida called me mid March to Factory order his dream Corvette. What a beauty this is! 2017 Z06 Convt in Watkins Glen Gray with dark gray interior, Black top and Chrome wheels! Fully loaded with 3LZ Pkg, chrome badge Pkg, carbon fiber instrument panel, 7spd manual trans. Just a stunning combo and the Metallic pops in the sun especially with chrome wheels. Plycon Trucking just picked it up and will be in Mike C's garage by the weekend!

~Don't expect Black Rose Metallic to be an available 2018 color after July 28th.
~Steve D. of Prescott, AZ came across one of the Plycon Truck drivers in his hometown, Tom E. the driver knew me very well as he is in and out of Criswell often with all the Corvettes that I ship Nationwide.

Thanks for sharing, Mike! My favorite had to be the blonde in the blue C2 with the door open. Runner-up is the white C7 pulling the trailer with the "toy sized" Corvette on it.
I am going to drive my 2017 Stingray (purchased from you) later today. I finally crossed 1300 miles on my garage queen - and grin from ear to ear every time I push the "Start" button.

I'm partial to the pics of the LBR GS obviously.
Thanks again for an easy purchase and smooth delivery. The ride home through that rain storm seems to be tradition for my Corvette buying experience. It has rained or snowed on pickup day on all 4 of my Vettes since 2004!

I like the Mako Shark photo That is my all time favorite car. I remember seeing that car in 1965ish on TV and Hot Rod. The first time I saw a 1968 Corvette I said wow the Mako Shark is the new Corvette.

^ Nice looking colors... Kinda reminds me of the old Ruby Red C4 Anniv. Edition.
^ Great looking color... They should give the smaller qty. colors a little longer life to run, especially since the number of color options on Corvettes are kinda limited... We all know in most cases the Big 3 will always sell the most (Red, Black, White)... But some of these limited lower qty. colors end up being kinda special since you don't see as many of them.
