Yes, I have a Suntek Clear Bra and my '99 has flawless Black original paint. The film covers the entire front facia, headlight covers, 1/3 of hood about 2 inches past the headlights, front top portion of front fenders about 2 inches past headlights and both side view mirrors.

I have the 3M clear bra on my car. Has been there on some parts since the car was new and I added more after I bought the car. Works very well to protect the paint.

Don't have it on my Corvette, but got the Expel Ultimate on my wife's '14 Mustang GT a couple days after we bought it new. Good stuff, great for protecting against most chip-makers.
I had it installed on my 02 Z06. Went with the Suntek ultra film. it didn't even look like it was on there and the black paint always looked perfect and swirl free! I did the front bumper, headlights, hood, mirrors. I was going to do the door from the BSM's down as well as the rockers but ended up selling the car before getting around to it. Next new, or close to new car I buy will likely get totally covered!
I am sure if you don't drive it clear bra will look fine. If you do ....
Those are just rain drops on plate cover. Except for the 3M clear bra car looks great for a DD.
I have the 3M clear bra on the nose and mirrors. Can't tell it's on the nose and looks great. No rock chips! I have one small bubble on one of the mirrors which doesn't bother me and no chips there as well.
Overall I'm happy with the clear bra and did not like the alternative of a leather/vinyl bra.
I should also mention that I have not had any discoloration however the car is always in the garage when not being used.
Had mine on for about 10 years just on the front bumper and the headlight covers. One of the headlight covers got minor scuffing, so I decided to remove and replace the clear masking on that cover and removing the material destroyed the perfect paint underneath and it took hours to remove it. So as long as you never have to remove it, it is great!
