I have sent 2 emails but no response.....I placed/paid for my order on the 10th. Why has my order not even shipped yet?
If there was a lead time or a delay on it then it would have been more professional/courteous to inform me of this as well as an eta when the order was placed or at least soon after.
It's been close to a week and I have received not any correspondence.
You are delaying my entire suspension project.
If you are unwilling or unable to fulfill my order or at least inform me in a timely manner then I want a full refund.
The products you offer are carried by a number of other vendors that may appreciate the business.

I apologise for the inconvenience we are selling 2 to 3 sets a day. I am not sure what order yours is in, but it takes about a week before the order ships. They are built to order and since we all just got back from SEMA there is a small delay.
I am not sure how your order was placed if online or over the phone , but they should have let you know about the delay. This is with all vendors not just us. If you have any more issues feel free to email me directly. The kits are not sitting on shelves put together due to the different options available.

I do apologize for not replying to your last email from yesterday sooner as during this time of the year we are very busy with emails and phone calls. There was only 1 email I didn't respond to of yours yesterday... please check your junk/ spam box for the other replies I sent. We do try the best that we can to respond as you have noticed when I returned your call this past Saturday when you had some questions before you placed your order. I have tried to return your call on multiple occasions but your phone is not setup to accept voice mails... please setup your voicemail
As Cesar stated above... coilovers take about a week before they are shipped out because they are hand assembled per order as each one is custom made and tested before they are shipped out.. this isn't a regular shock you buy at Autozone or O'Reiley's. With that said your order should be leaving by Monday... once I have the tracking number I will forward it to you. If it ships today I'll send you the tracking number today.
Your order was place on Saturday Nov, 11th (Not the 10th as you stated) at 4:22PM.... we don't process orders on the weekend and Aldan doesn't work on the weekends to assemble parts and orders. As of yesterday your order would have been only 5 days and only the 4th business day...
And lastly please cancel your dispute with Paypal so we can ship your order once it's ready in the next few days.

I have an 08 Coupe with the F55 suspension is this setup available for my car and do you have the plugs to fool the computer I just need the shocks not the sway bars or anything else thanks

Item was sent 2nd day at our expense and you received the item on 12/1/17 @ 7:26PM... please cancel your dispute since you now have your product.
Again, we apologize for the delay... unfortunately because of the demand we had for the coilovers we ran out of parts to complete some orders. We now have all the needed parts to complete orders to our customers. Since each coilover is hand assembled and tested ship times are 1-2 weeks from time of ordering.
