As the title says, It just stopped working. I thought it was low on fluid so I filled it up, but to no avail. I see in the manual that fuses 34/41/58 are all headlamp washer/headlamp washer pump/headlamp washer. Are these the fuses I need to check?

Correct.
However #58 is a micro relay, not a fuse.
First trouble shooting step; Is do you hear the pump churning when you activate the washer?
If you do then you are looking for a disconnected water hose between the washer reservoir and the windshield nozzles.
If it isn't running its electrical and the fuses/relays you mentioned above are suspect.
Quick way to verify the motor is good is to disconnect the connector for the motor at the reservoir. Should be 2 pins there. Run 2 wires to those pins. One from the positive pole on the battery, the other from the negative pole or ground. (supply 12 volts to the motor). If it runs you know the issue is in the circuit that supplies power. Likely a fuse or the relay that you are already looking at.
I checked all the fuses/relays just now and I can't here it when pressed. I am scheduled for a oil change this week, I will have them look at it. Might as well use the warranty a little. I was just trying to fix it if it was something easy. More to follow

If the fuses are good.
Find a similar relay to #58 and swap them.
Just to verify the relay.
This will likely be your problem, unless a connector popped loose somewhere or the motor burned out, both of which are unlikely on a fairly new car like yours.
