~2019 ZR1 officially gets announced today in Dubai and then I'm fairly certain it will make it's US debut at the LA Auto Show the first week of December. The Car and Driver cover shot and article came out a week earlier then planned I'm sure but such is life in today's hide and seek world of "What's next in the Sports Car World." The really good thing to take away from all of this is how relevant the Corvette is in the "Sports Car World." The 7th Generation Corvette is a force to be reckoned with whether you are celebrating 460hp, 650hp or the new yet to be driven by us mere mortals 750hp. ~David H. Of Cornwall, New York received his very first Corvette ride from his Uncle John and all he remembers is that it was fast! Two weeks ago I gave David a sight unseen appraisal on his Porsche...and his Volt which set the stage for Saturdays 240 mile drive with that same Uncle John! Yesterday David took delivery of a 2017 Corvette Z06 in Admiral Blue equipped with J57 ceramic brake rotors, custom dark gray calipers, 7Spd manual trans, Black Wheels, carbon flash mirrors, navigation and PDR, 2LZ Pkg and carbon fiber dash. Now it's was David’s turn to take his Uncle for a “fast” ride! Big difference from Uncle John's brand new 1980 Corvette!

Of Ellicott City, MD called me last week for a sight unseen appraisal of her 12,000 mile 2017 Stingray so she could trade in on this 2018 Black Rose Metallic Stingray...this is the very last C7 painted in Black Rose Metallic. This 2018 Corvette Stingray has Gray seats and is equipped with Auto trans, 1LT Pkg and Performance Exhaust. Next year Elsie will trade this rare colored Corvette in on a new 2019 model.
~Peter S. Of Flagler Beach, Florida called me up last week and picked out this beauty of a 17 Z06 Cpe in Blade Silver with Black Competition Seats, Auto trans, chrome wheels, chrome badges, carbon fiber instrument panel, J57 ceramic brake rotors, Navigation/PDR, 2LZ Pkg and much more! Peter traded in his 4,400 mile 2015 Z06 Cpe! Plycar Trucking should be here tomorrow to complete the exchange as we did all the paperwork via Fed Ex.
~Mike P. Of Ossining, New York is a referral from a referral . Two weeks ago Mike went to a car cruise and met a customer of mine that a few months ago was referred to me and he took delivery of a new Corvette Convt. Mike and he started talking which led Mike 240 miles to me. We talked last week and I gave him a sight unseen trade appraisal for a Jeep. This week he and his best friend from 5th grade drove 5 hours to pick up his new 2017 Z06 Convt in Black with Kalahari top and interior. Equipment includes Auto trans, 3LZ Pkg, J57 ceramic brake rotors, Yellow calipers, chrome wheels and much more. I had them in and out inside of an hour.
~Wilson and Frances S. Of Waxahachie, Texas touched base with me last week about a 2017 Z06 Convt. I had made some suggestions and they agreed the Twilight Blue Edition was just the right Corvette for them. I gave them a sight unseen appraisal on their 2014 Black Corvette Convt. They left their home Friday and drove 1,400 miles to Criswell. This Arctic White with Blue top and Twilight Blue interior is 1 of only 9 produced for 2017. It is equipped with 3LZ Pkg, Auto trans, Twilight Blue design pkg and much more. I had them in and out in under 90 minutes! Wilson called me along the way home and is thrilled with his choice.

~Liz and her son Jim P. From Bear, Delaware called me Saturday about another Corvette. They last bought a 2014 White Stingray Cpe from me and this week they drove home in a 2017 Black Stingray with Auto trans,1LT Pkg, Performance exhaust and more. Tomorrow the wheels get powder coated Black.
~Bill and Cindy W. Of Eldersburg, MD called me up this week and they were in between a stick shift Grand Sport or a Z06. Bill traded in his 2012 3,300 mile Shelby and chose the 2017 Black Z06/Z07 Corvette Cpe equipped with 7spd manual trans, Carbon Fiber ground effects Pkg, Black Wheels, Navigation/PDR , 1LZ Pkg and Red Seat belts. This is Bill’s 4th Corvette!

Not sure everyone appreciates your consistent ability to get people in and out in under 90 minutes even when a trade is involved! My wife and I were looking to buy a fully loaded 2017 Jeep Cherokee yesterday we were there over 4 hours. We finally walked out in disgust. Waited 15 minutes for a salesman, then sat there filling out preliminary paper and answering THEIR questions for another 40 mins even though we had already picked out the exact car we wanted (we gave them the stock number!), waited 45 mins to get an appraisal on our trade in then waited the rest of the time waiting for the finance guy to do the deal paperwork! The dealership made us feel like cattle!
BTW, totally enjoyed David H's story about his uncle.
