Forgestar F14 on C5Z

Everyone,

I plan on going with a set of F14s on the car in the near future, but I am so torn on what color I want them in. I would like to see anyones pictures with any color possible. If you have wheels close in style to the F14 (TSW Nurburgring or the sort) then post those too to get an idea.

The car in question here... Electron Blue.

Yeah, I think with how busy the wheel is, black is going to be the way to go with it.

I really wanted to see something over the top like a bronze or gold. But nobody has done it from what I see. Every car with gunmetal I see doesn't seem to look right either to me.

I have the rear of the car "blacked out"... (Actually its a dark metallic gray)... But I want the wheels to tie into that color scheme as well.

I have been going back and forth on this with my car too. I think a bronze or brushed gold wheel would look very good on electron blue.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I have thought about the rose gold or deep bronze from forgestar. But nobody has anything really close.

Some time in the future I will receive the F14's I ordered in 19" diameters front and rear on 30 series Michelins. When they are finally on I will post pictures of my car. Contrary to most people's opinions I am getting bright silver glosscoat. Personally I have never seen a black wheel I like. It looks like expensive hubcaps. I agonized over colors for a long time before ordering. Until on my way to work one morning I was passed by a red Ferrari with silver wheels. It looked so good, decision was made. Hopefully not too much longer. Between snow and 0 temps I'm not driving my Vette anytime soon anyway.

I put et53 SuperDeeps on all four corners in 18x11. It's tight, but gotta have concave and turns in like a bitch now...

295/35/18 Michelins all around, best the car has ever felt.....and concave!

Do you have any rub issues at full lock with 18x11's up front? Also what is the offset for your rims? I think i want to do something similar for my setup

You wanted to see bronze? I'm not EB but you get the idea. I plasti-diped them so no commitment. Not a lot of blue with bronze wheels vettes out there, just doing my part.
