I always liked this pics of one of the Corvette Challenge cars from a few years ago. Not a Z, but red stinger, red mirrors, and red spoiler. Don't know why it's got stage 3 wicker bill, but no stage 2 side extensions. Like the splash of gray on the side too.
For me, a black Corvette is a statement of sleekness and lack of contrasting colors. The best add ons I've seen are the stealth (shark gray) ghost stripes or the stealth flat Jake hood stinger.
My tint guy did a “Jake” for me in black reflective. As I have Gold/bronze accents the Jake reflects gold at certain angles otherwise looks satin black against the gloss hood. Subtle but striking.
I considered getting a red version of this jake (top pic) on the passenger side of my black Z06 (bottom pic). Decided against it, although it would have only cost $280 installed. I love this jake sticker... it kicks so much *** that some prolly don't see that the car is white in front and black in back.
