What is the passenger door issue? If it's the normal separation of the vinyl there is a posting about how one member fixed his. Otherwise, a trim shop may be able to cut out the loose part and make a custom piece for both doors. Maybe vettenuts has a good used one.

A friend replaced his interior and made a mis cut on the carpet so be really careful.

We have all the interior parts you could ever need for your C5. We are working with several local shops to start leather wrapping our Double Din Bezels and also do the door panels, center consoles etc.

The problem with used is that the replacement will separate too. It will be interesting to see what kind of cost your local guys come up with on door panels. The J F are inexpensive at as little as $260 for the pair (plus installation, of course), but the photos they use for display have seriously crooked seams and lines. Plus there has been a report that R/H door leather is a mirror image of the L/H door leather -- and, of course, the R/H and L/H have significantly different switch panels. I asked them about it at one point via Ebay, but don't recall their specific answer.
Edited to revise the 'multiple reports' to 'a report'. I recall seeing more than one, but actually only find multiple references to the same report.

Im not familiar with this company you mentioned above. When we send out the door panels all the old vinyl/leather is removed and you start with all new material.

Hi Marc:
Any chance you'll have the leather shops lined up by the time the new order of double din bezels arrive? Any guesstimate on the cost?
Thanks,
Larry (Route99)

I am going to try but my problem is theres only one of me. I already have 20 Irons in the fire and here i go again adding another one lol. There is a huge market for quality interior work on our C5's. I have my 02 fully leather wrapped and it makes such a huge difference. Guess i need to throw some more wood on the fire!!

I just installed their leather armrest cover. Pretty easy to install with just a staple gun (I didn't want to glue so I can revert back to stock if needed)- my only complaint is that they didn't leave enough slack around the edges so I was forced to place the cover in a certain position over the armrest. The problem that created is that the red stitching was not centered with the lines of the center console where it meets the armrest. other than that, happy with the quality of the piece especially for the price paid.
