Rarity and collectibility: out of *20,639* units produced, *733* had the Z07 option (adjustable suspension package), BUILD SHEETS SHOW *169* of those Z07's were automatatics, and a *handful* of of those were ordered with the rare turquoise metallic paint.
Turquoise Metallic rarity: paint code 42U was a 1 year factory, available, Corvette, color (1991)... In 1990 color was unveiled only for the Indianapolis 500 parade. Out of the total units produced in 91' (20,639): 1,118 coupes had turquois exterior and fewer had black leather sports seats interior PLUS the Z07 rarity, only a few are left in existence.

Yes as stated - In 1990 Chevrolet built and unspecified majority of the 589 u42 Corvettes for the Indianapolis 500 parade. BUT the Z07 option was not available in 1990... it was introduced in 91' which is why this car is so rare. (1/169 A4's against the color raritythumbs I appreciate the interest!

Beautiful car! Anyone who wants a nice C4 should seriously consider this one as the Z07 was a totally different car to drive than the base coupe. GLWS
