Shopping to order a GS vert. Would like a white car with red or blue top. The top would be the spice red, a red interior would be the adrenaline red. This shows up as a color overide, must be GM thinks the reds don't go well together. Or should I just move to a kalahari interior with either top? Wondering is anyone has seen these combinations?
Well I love Spice Red interior I chose Spice Red but went with Blade Silver . I think the Spice Red with white will look great. I'm not sure the Spice Red top and Adrenaline interior would be a good match. The Adrenaline red is a bright red were Spice Red is a deeper red. I would go with black top or your second choice of Kalahari interior and top. I have never seen those two reds together and would be concerned that I won't like them together. You will love the GS !

I'm with GM as I don't like adrenaline red with spice red top either as they are totally different reds. I wouldn't want a blue top with kalahari interior either. White/blue top and gray interior goes together nicely. Or white/spice red top and spice red interior is very nice.
However your C7, go with what you like, it will only matter when you go to sell it.
I would go Look at it in person.Even if you have to travel a bit.You need a decent inventory to make sure of what you really want.
Photo's are a start.These combo's or any are a must see...Hay,that's the DEAL BREAKER

Spice Red is the only one that GM didn't screw up when the made Kalahari and others look cheap and patchwork quilt at 3LT. I had a 3LT Kalahari 2014 and loved it. Went with a 2LT Grand Sport in Adrenaline Red! Almost reverted to black but happy with the 2LT Red.
PS: Wife who is much better at colors than I would never let me wear those two Reds at the same time! Even I would not try!
All Above 3LT! Price was not my issue it was the way they made all but Spice Red cheaper!
Perhaps a different thought- Go with whatever interior you like (the Adrenaline Red is pretty bright) but the gray top on a convertible. I never considered it (the gray top) until I saw it in person, and bought it. Nice contrast on the Arctic White.
Personally if I was going to do another red interior (had it previously but not on the C7) it would be the Spice Red (1st choice) but I believe the red top is locked to that interior color or the 2-tone Adrenaline and ebony with whatever...
Here is a combo for you not my car but to me looks awesome. Attachment 48277756
That’s my car in the pic right after it was unwrapped at the dealer. It’s Arctic White with a Spice Red top, Spice Red interior and Crystal Red stripes.
That is the exact car I was going to recommend. I hoping that top is blue, but can't tell in the picture. I've built that car many times on the GM build site. How can you go wrong with the red, white, and blue Corvette. Like other I don't think the Spice Red goes with the AR interior.

I do like this combo, but it is an override also. Must be someone at GM does not like it.
