LG Motorsports Diff/Trans Coolers and Mounting Brackets
Hey guys, I have a pair of LG Motorsports cooler brackets and Setrab coolers, brand new from LG. I intended to do a TR6060 and C6Z diff swap to my C5 but never got around to it before selling the car. If you are looking for a clean, well designed cooler mounting solution for your C5, this is it.
These coolers will work for both T56/C5 diff as well as TR6060/C6 diff setups. Since the 08+ trans and diffs have internal pumps, if you are doing a TR6060/ C6Z diff swap on your C5, all you will need are the coolers, brackets, fittings, and hoses. No external electric pumps needed like on a T56/ C5 diff. You can also use these brackets/ coolers with a T56/ C5 diff but you would need to use a fluid pump similar to the ones that come from Doug Rippie (there are many pump options out there).
You'll need to plumb your own hoses and fittings. As mentioned, the brackets and coolers are LG's C5 specific setup that fit perfectly behind the rear brake duct openings.
