I use Luxury Shippers. Nothing but great experiences with them.

Avoid brokers!
Be sure the company you are working with uses their own trucks and own drivers. Period.
If they admit to using any outside transport, RUN!

That doesn't guarantee a good experience, but raises the odds considerably. Lots of threads here on that subject.

I got a quote from Reliable Carriers but it was running about a dollar a mile....and not even sure that was enclosed. Ended up flying in and driving home...saved about 1200 bucks after gas, hotel, incidentals...

I agree! Avoid brokers. Cheapest isn't necessarily the best value in regard to auto shipping.
I recommend Intercity transport, search the forum and you will find many examples as to why.

I used PlyCar and had a positive experience (Seattle to Phoenix). Depending on your pickup and destination location, PlyCar, InterCity and Reliable are all solid choices. Whatever you do, I'd recommend fully enclosed transport.

Plycar did a fine job. Just be prepared for possible weather delays. Wanting your baby home on the exact day at the exact time you expect, is not always going to happen. Be somewhat flexible, knowing the delivery dates might change before hand keeps the stress level low. Good luck.

I drove mine from MacMulkin and will probably not do that again. Me and my impatience couldn't wait. I'll tell ya what though, I got that sucker home in no time at all so that was nice. Had it home for the 4th of July holiday. Never will have a better 4th that's for sure.

OK, then go with the highest priced carriers/quotes. The high priced carriers are all reputable. However, some are not timely. Several disaster testimonials from the pricey carriers. So, not ALL are reliable. I exclusively use Mills Transport. Every time they're on time and the absolute best and lowest price carrier. White glove service and equipment, just like the overpriced carriers some have listed ^^^^ above.
