Does anyone know where I could purchase the passenger side top dash pad, black with red thread along with air bag canister? I need to replace mine as it has delaminated. Thank you for your help.

Seems like you need to file a complaint directly with GM and get a case number, and then send an email to Mary Barra's office (mary.barra@gm.com). Her office was extremely helpful when I had a parts issue.
Wow! I would wait to see what dealer can do but would also reach out to GM directly. It would be my hope that it is bad enough that corporate may take action quickly seeing the degree of delamination. Good luck
Wow this was a problem with many owners of C7 3LT and 3LZ's along with C6 cars with the upgraded leather interior. GM still can't get this right what a shame. Good Luck with the repair.
You could try some of the larger Corvette dealer parts shops like Cultrag in PA. You might also reach out to the biggest Corvette sellers like Criswell, Ciocca and MacMulkin parts departments. It may be worth a shot. That's only 4 calls.
Editorial: Really sad, as Always Red Dave sez, this has been around since the C6 intro'd the 4LT interior and that was '08. Vendors who job this as an entire dash can't still be that inadequate. Just can't be...but here it is, facing you in your car. Sorry for you.
