Well now I am caught up. Holy hell this is awesome.

Just a curiosity, earlier on you said you'd be interested in playing with an 017 manifold... I have one in the garage I have no use for. (I have my unmolested stock intake, the one I ported and sent to you and this third one) Also a complete set of throttle bodies for it as well if you'd be interested in playing with a "whole" setup. The throttle bodies are probably beyond being returned to good condition but every thing is serviceable last I checked... if you're interested they're yours.

Come a long long way with this flow bench and the CFI intake since we played with yours a few years back

mike1111 (in his CFI thread) and I have just about beat these manifolds to death.

I don’t know what else we could do

Just to copy what one of use have done, someone would have to be a master fabricator like mike, or an engineer like me … not easy either way.

And all for 230 – 240 ish cfm?

Thank you for the offer

Maybe if I get board again next winter, we might come up with something to do with all this.

I wish there was an easy way for people to copy these ideas, but it’s an awful lot of work.

exactly. And with the Renegade seemingly coming back... it feels a little more pointless. When I was still undergrad we had the end mills and everything available from the... other... engineering department lol. But I agree. It's a lot of work for not much.

Mikes thread is awesome. Since we last played with my intake I since obtained a 200 amp welder. So if I had time I could play. But it's funny how that works.

Keep on sir. I'll try to drop in more!

I tried to buy renegade, but wasn't available. If they become available again, I will buy one.
for people that don't want to spend money. port match, clean up runner bumps, round off sharp edges of entrance. doesn't take that long. doesn't need new EMC.
I still think the exhaust manifold is almost as bad as stock intake manifold.
It has been a great learning experience for me. I can apply some of what I learned on my other engine. different manufacture.
