3M Matte Metallic Blue C7 wrap?
Interested in getting my C7 wrapped once I get one, would actually save me money and protect my car in the long run (factoring in the $995 Laguna Blue paint, $2,000 for the full front Xpel, and the new car detail w/ Cquartz for $885). I got quoted $2,800 for a full wrap with door jambs and everything, plus it would definitely stand out from the rest of the red/white ones I've been seeing around recently.

$2800 for a full warp sounds about right. I found this one:

Sounds really good but just remember it can be damaged, too, by debris. Find out what the piece replacement might cost in the event that does happen so you know in advance. I'm reading that even Xpel (for that matter, any PPF) can be damaged and I know 3M can.

There's a local C7 here in Phoenix that has the metallic blue wrap, and it looks great !!!

Shop around on price, because $2800 a tad high... It cost about $500 for the material , so you can see rest is labor .. Haggle Haggle that price to at least $2000

Considering the shop I contacted removes all of the pieces and tucks everything including door jambs I think $2800 is fair especially for 3-4 days of work. But I will ask them and see if they can come down a bit.

I'll send the shop owner a request, as the car is currently in the shop getting more go fast goodies.
THe shop owner is on this board .....Joe@CPR is his screen name. Maybe he'll chime in.

Beach, what color are you considering?

I'd rather have the good looking glossy Laguna Blue finish... LB is a really good looking color.
Also, be careful who does a wrap if you get one... There have been horror stories posted where installers have damaged clear coats with blade cuts where they trim the edges.
