Rattle noise on passenger side behind window..
It's driving me crazy. When I go over small bumps it rattles. I think I read on here about it but can't remember.. Anyone else have this problem??

Turn 12!
Are you sure it not coming from the removable roof?

I have this same issue possibly...it doesnt APPEAR to be the roof, but i cant isolate it yet.
Situation: Driving along, go over a bump that will give a twisting force to the chassis and a noise comes from the passenger side rear small window it seems...

Burning Brakes
I had this in my roof...crazy annoying...but they came out with a fix for it...went to the dealer and it was done in a few hours...no more rattles, YAY!
Surprising you can't locate the source...esp. if it happens often. Good luck!

Here's how I fixed mine - same symptoms and it turned out to be a rub strip that was out of position. Once I got things sorted it's been silent ever since:

Burning Brakes
Have the same problem. Started at about 12,000 miles. Drove my friend's car, and he has similar mileage and the same rattle. Glad a dealer can fix it. Appreciated the link, but no need for owners to do this level of work.

I have a similar rattle in my 2015 ZO6. My rattle comes from the right seat, I think. It happens when I'm going around corners and hit some small bumps. It seams that the seat-back is the culprit, as if it's not locked into the seat-bottom tight enough.

Passenger side seat belt buckle is rubbing the side seat and inside interior
just adjust the buckle part so that it not making contact
or you put a seat belt pad that goes over the shoulder part of the seat belt it will keep it from hit the side of seat and interior
I got mine from ordering it on Amazon,
They work very well and looks very cool

I appreciate the help, but my rattle isn't the seatbelt. I've completely tied up the seatbelt and covered the buckle, but I still get the rattle. And, it's not the flapping of the belt. The rattle is from the pivot point of the seat-back to the seat bottom. The seat release doesn't hold/pull the seat-back tight enough. I get the rattle on rough roads and in rough corners. If I have a bundle/parcel/suitcase in the seat, leaning against the seat-back, there is no rattle, and the seat-belt is not buckled in that case and free to make noise if it chooses to do so.
PS. I do like your seat-belt covers!

My horrendous intermittent rattle from the rear passenger side is present with the seatbelt in use or not in use. When passenger pushes on panel surrounding seatbelt entrance on B pillar noise stops. Dealer cant get rattle to occur when they drive it...typical! Anyone else have same rattle?

Definitely check the pass seatbelt.
Also check for stuff in your hatch if you keep a box/crate of stuff.
I was on the highway one time and i was hearing some terrible ratting. I thought maybe something underneath the hatch carpet area was loose or broken and whatever was broke or loose was just rattling.
After further inspection, it was my portable air compressor wiring, with the cigg plug just dangling out of it's pouch hitting the crate. So now i make sure all the items in that crate is packed in tight.
So far so good.

I'm taking my car in on 08/21/17 to get this resolved. I think it's the seat belt retractor. While it's rattling, pull on the selt belt a couple of times and see if it doesnt go away for a while.

Passenger side seat belt for me too. Had a rattle finally figured it out by wiggling the seat belt buckle. It was rattling against the plastic seat edge. I took a 2" by 3" piece of the soft side of Velcro and put it on the seat side where the buckle hits and it solved the problem. You can buy it at any auto or hardware store. --Bob

Just returned from Dealership, and it wasn't the retractor (they said). They said it was coming from the rear hatch, and they had to remove and replace some interior panels and put in some weather stripping. Since the problem is intermittant, this may or may not, solve the problem. I'm not convinced, but ill let you know on a few days.
