Still have A/C in the car? I think that is the best Hinson setup that I have seen on here.

No sir, pulled the AC because I had a bad compressor and don't ever use it anyways. The car is rarely driven these days and I like having the windows down.

Thanks man, as soon as I pick it up my PCM ships out to be flashed for a start up tune and then once I check for leaks and what not I will be towing it down for a dyno session sometime in September.

It's just the standard Canton C5 specific tank that I had modified to clear my compressor and turbine housings. If you look at a pic of the standard one and then the pic of mine you should be able to tell what I had cut off. I will post some close ups once I pick her up today.

looks crazy! not sure what you're doing for crankcase venting but I'd go with dual 10 AN lines off the valve covers to a mighty mouse can, dont' want rear main seal, etc issues

I ve got a 10AN off the passenger cover to the mighty mouse can with a line to the manifold and one line off the drivers cover tee'd into the valley cover going to my turbo filter, may end up putting a can in that line too.

Small update.

Did some more heat protection, wired my 1/0 battery, alt and starter cables, made a bracket for the underside of the trunk pocket where i mounted my battery and extended a couple coolant hoses.

Yea I have a PTP blanket that is just not pictured.

In other news, we got a good bit of cash from the wedding so the wife is letting me build a forged ls2 to drop in so my power goals are going up.

LS2 from a 2007 TBSS is on the way. Looking at 4.005" diamonds and compstar rods with arp2000 rod bolts, head and main studs. Any cam, valve spring or any other suggestions?

Thanks man, hopefully I can finish up the last few things and get tuned so I can enjoy it a bit before the engine comes out

Edit: With that being said, my LS1 is up for sale and is able to be pulled as soon as I have an interested buyer. Specs are as follows:

LS1 Shortblock(64K miles), 317 Heads(0 Miles), LS2 Headgaskets, LS7 Lifters, LS2 Trays, ARP Head bolts (All 0 Miles), BTR Pushrods, Comp Trunion Upgrade, Tick .660 Dual Valvesprings, Comp 224/228 Cam, C5R Timing Chain, Ported LS6 Oil Pump, Powerbond crank damper (All about 5K miles). No alternator, starter, intake manifold or exhaust manifolds included; just the longblock. Offer up if anybody is interested.

Small update. I am working with Bret and Mike to get my LS2 built for some real power. So far it is looking like this:

Wiseco Pistons
GFX Rings
K1 Rods
Tool Steel Wrist Pins
All new bearings
LS9 Headgaskets
AFR 205 Heads
8019 Springs
BTR Spec'd Cam
Elite Chain Drive
ARP2000 Head Studs and Main Studs
LS4 Oil Pump
LS3 C6 Oil pan

I'll take a few pics of the torn down LS2 but it looks like it is in decent shape.
