Default New Ridetech wooden rear end! Pics

Well now that I have your attention, this is Dennis'. (bmans vette) version of a way to move my car in and out of a trailer in taking it to ny and back. Tracdogg2 is building me a Super10 to work with the Ridetech rear system. As such, he is having to modify the Ridetech trailing arms to work with my 1480 axles. A thread on that will be coming later. Just thought this was a nice job by Bman, and it worked beautifully. If any of you are near Athens, GA and want this for any reason, come and get it!

Great pics Bill...and from what I understand you got great gas mileage with that setup all the way to Long Island and back.

LOL

Dennis (Bman)

If anyone needs the plans we can find the piece of scratch paper we used to figure it out.....

Lol, yes Dennis this setup got terrific mileage, but with those short rear tires, the launch is even better!

That's an idea Bill...saving the setup as wheelie bars for when you finally get the real thing in there....LOL

How soon will you be getting the real thing Bill?
You know I am available to help with the install.

At least we could get your car on the road in 2016.

Good news hopefully....been a very long time for you.

I have 2nd elbow surgery on Dec 19...out for 6wks after that.
Would like to pull body before that.
I'll be in touch.

Have a great Thanksgiving with the folks in the meantime.

Yes Rodney, I think he is getting close. I am anxious too to see what he had to do. Can't wait to get the Ridetech stuff on the car!

Hey Bill, how are you doing? It's Rob. That ridetech stuff looks like it would work great. I can't come on here anymore and see that stuff, I'm not changing anything more until I get it on the road.

Hi Rob how are you buddy? Yea that is the problem having a car off the road for awhile. All this new stuff comes out lol! I ended up with the Ridetech system because I had this beautiful header and exhaust system built, and it wouldn't fit with a leaf spring lol! Now the exhaust system is real expensive lol! Hope you are doing well Rob.

Bill
