The suspension is under compression. Every Z06 looks like that on the outside wheels while cornering.
Maybe they can time half a lap and then the next time around time the other half. Add them together and then you have a Z06 Ring time despite overheating.
Is the 24 hashes the number of limp mode events? And what's the wire pull loop coming out of the rear fascia?

ok...now they are just screwing with us.... I predict that if GM cannot beat the ACR's time, they won't release an official time for the ZR1 either.
