It's the same way on my C5. I try and do my part for the environment but I'm not a tree hugger by any means.

Just got an email from my Congresswomen that said "Most importantly, it is about safeguarding our world and natural heritage that our children and future generations will inherit by stopping and reversing the effects of climate change."
How would reversing climate change be done? A giant sun shade? The earth has been warming for 14,000 years.

Safety Car
We had a wind storm last night. I celebrated Earth Day by burning all the mess with a big smoky fire. Hours of thick black smoke. Lots of wet green fuel to get rid of. And yes it is still legal here.

This for one...
"With a base price of about $52,000, the Corvette isn’t going to end up in the garages of very many twentysomethings. What GM hopes to do is broaden the appeal of the car beyond the blue-collar, middle-America demographic that forms the Corvette’s core fan base."

Quoting an article from three years ago saying the average Corvette owner is "Blue Collar" doesn't make it so.
It would be interesting to see what the average C7 owner does for a living, or if retired, what they did for a living, if you want to start a poll.
