Carvana experiences? They have a '14 C7 Conv $40k
Just saw this on Carvana.

If it was a M7, I'd be pretty tempted. Lowest price I've seen on a C7 convertible.
Any experiences with Carvana? Unique business model for sure. Reviews seem to be good for the most part. 7 day period to test the car after buying (I think they allow about 400 miles max) and can return for refund if not satisfied. I believe you would just incur shipping charges if you're not located near one of their car dispensary machines.

Saw that. It was actually listed a week ago for $41, and checked out of curiosity this morning and listed at $40 and appears sold since this morning. Damn if only a M7, my search would be over. Just can't settle for an auto.

The ad did say it had 46K miles, which explains the price. It's also a base (non-Z51) model.

I've seen other cars advertised by them. I guess the mechanical ckout period is AFTER you buy it, and during that first week. I dunno...I'm not so sure I'd like to give over my money, and THEN get the car checked out...just me tho. I'm sure it will work for others since it's kind of a "gotta-get-my-car-now-thing."

46,000 miles turns me off. I just can't get excited over a corvette with that mileage unless it was a classic.

I actually bought my '15 A8 from them a couple months ago. 3LT with 27k miles for $45,000. Most comparable inventory was $1500-$2000 higher.
I generally had a good experience. Their description missed a couple of minor scratches but not enough to make me walk away. They did a good job with a couple extras. Don't be afraid to negotiate after you buy during the return period. I got them to pay for an alignment, cargo net, and one wheel.
But it did have a new set of tires, an oil change, and a full detail (including the wax residue on a couple places).
Know that financing can be a little different. I have banking relationships with both BOA and Chase. But neither recognized Carvana as an authorized dealer. I ended up going with Lightstream for the loan (for an even better rate as it turns out). Lightstream funded my bank account the day before and treated it like a cash purchase. I think a lot of folks end up just choosing the Carvana financing, which I didn't find to be competitive at all.

I would never buy that car with that many miles. That car is 4 years old compared to my 2019.

The bottom-feeders have to buy on price alone. Miles, condition, and Carfax/GMVIS, mean nothing to ppl w/o high-line cash or top-tier credit......

I think mileage is subjective. I bought a used C6 with 40k miles, put 45K more on it in 18 months, then bought a new C7 at the end of 2017 when there were deals to be had. When I bought the C6 I considered Carvana, but preferred a car I could see, first.
